Is this program for you?

Are you a person in leadership, a coaching position, or an aspiring leader or coach?

There are some positions that don’t lend themselves to the possibility of much collaboration and in those instances, intentionality is necessary to receive the collaborative experience.  Collaboration may be there and you are looking to hone your practice.  The Leadership Trustmate Institute was designed with that in mind.  It brings people from various backgrounds and leadership positions together to learn how to use the REALL framework (based on Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Literacy, and Leadership) to improve your practice and organization.  Even top performing leaders are able to garner something from The Leadership Trustmate Institute, because you are learning to relate to one another and about one another’s experiences as it relates to you.  As the adage goes, we are essentially better together.

The Leadership DoctHers, had this experience as principals in their organizations.  With no other person in the building with the title principal, it was necessary to tag one another as trustmates and collaborate to maximize their leadership experience.  They not only collaborated, but leaned on one another, trusted one another, and learned from one another how to best lead themselves from unsatisfactory to two and three report card grades higher in one year, growth that typically takes 3 to 5 years.
