Who is your trust-mate in leadership?
I'm a middle school principal and I've been in education for 18 years, thirteen of which were in administration. My partner, Tammy Taylor, and I started in the principalship the same year making this our fifth year leading schools. We love and are passionate about what we do as school leaders.
Starting the principalship together helped us to navigate several challenges we experienced as leaders of Title I Schools. Our collaborative efforts helped us navigate the school improvement process, turning our schools around and completly overhauling the climate and culture..

In addition to our coaching initiative, each Tuesday evening at 7:30 pm, we offer tips to teachers and parents on hybrid and virtual learning on Facebook Live.
